A copy of the consensus statement is available by clicking on the ‘consensus statement’ button in the left-hand menu. With the exception of the MMSE, all items within the toolkit are available for you to print and save to your own computer. Please click on the appropriate button in the left-hand menu to access the tools. Instructions on how to access the MMSE are given when you click on the ‘MMSE’ button.
