BGS President-Elect Elections 2018


In November, Professor Tahir Masud will succeed Dr Eileen Burns as BGS President. The BGS is opening the ballot to elect the next President-Elect.

Education and Training Committee

The Education and Training Committee presides over all issues related to specialist training in Geriatric Medicine, working closely with the Royal College of Physicians' Specialist Advisory Committee.

The Committee also oversees the following BGS grants: Medical Student's Elective Grant, and the Young Doctor's Education Grant.
