BGS President-Elect Elections 2018


In November, Professor Tahir Masud will succeed Dr Eileen Burns as BGS President. The BGS is opening the ballot to elect the next President-Elect.

Policy and Communications Committee

The PAC is responsible for overseeing and communicating the Society's policy on all issues relating to health care of older people. It responds to Parliamentary inquiries. The governance of resources that the committee developed, such as statements of good practice and clinical guidelines has now been taken over by the Clinical Quality Group.
