Age and Ageing is an international journal publishing refereed original articles and commissioned reviews on geriatric medicine and gerontology. Its range includes research on ageing and clinical, epidemiological, and psychological aspects of later life. It is the official scientific journal of the British Geriatrics Society and is published by Oxford University Press. Membership of the British Geriatrics Society includes a free subscription to Age & Ageing (some categories of membership are excluded from this benefit).
Age & Ageing online
As a member of the British Geriatrics Society, one can access all articles published since 1999, and search through tables of contents and abstracts going back as far as 1974. As well as searchability, one can also join the e-mail table of contents alerting service, to be sent the very latest table of contents of each issue, in advance of publication.
To register for personal online access simply go to the Age and Ageing website ; click on the "activating your online subscription" link and follow the simple instructions. You will need your Age & Ageing subscriber number to obtain your own username and password - you will find this on the address label of your printed copies of Age and Ageing.
