Mark also serves as the Society's archivist and is happy to assist with all enquiries regarding the unique history and heritage of the BGS.

The Society's Honorary Archival Librarian is Dr Mike Denham, who was President of the BGS from 1992 - 1994. Mike is a regular contributor to the Society's newsletter, helping to bring the history of the BGS and geriatric medicine in the UK to the fore.
