Clinical Guidelines

Clinical Guidelines are developed through a rigorous procedure of audit, literature search and peer review to improve the standards of diagnosis, treatment and management of specific diseases and conditions. This section has clinical guidelines developed by the BGS (usually in conjunction with other bodies). Visitors may also visit our list of external websites which we can recommend as being a good source of clinical guidelines.
