Early Bird Registration Closes on March 18
On behalf of the 2018 Scientific Planning Committee for the Canadian Geriatrics Society (CGS), it is with great excitement we announce that early bird conference registration is now open for the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM)!
This year, the conference will be held in beautiful Montreal April 19 to 21 at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal. The theme of the 2018 ASM is “Advances in Care: From the Individual to the Technology”.
Topics that will be explored at this year’s meeting include:
Gerontology, robotics and domotics
Concepts of and approaches to care in gerontology
Information, communications, technologies and older adults
Geriatric and interdisciplinary assessments
Health system, care pathways and geriatric patients
Primary and secondary prevention in geriatrics
The educational program is primarily designed for geriatricians, family physicians and other allied health professionals who care for older adults and are interested in geriatric health care. The program is also designed for medical students and other health professional students, as well as medical residents.
CGS Annual Scientific Meeting: Thursday, April 19 to Saturday, April 21, 2018
Registration for the ASM will begin on Thursday, April 19 at 4:00 p.m. followed by a welcome reception from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Educational sessions will run on April 20 and 21.
