The aim of this study day is to review the evidence for various aspects of end-of-life care (EOLC), as well as to address the medico-legal and ethical issues relevant to current clinical practice.
The lecturers are well known specialists within palliative care, and have specific interests in the relevant aspect of EOLC. It is envisaged that the study day will be of benefit to all healthcare professionals involved in the delivery of EOLC, irrespective of their specialty or place of work.
CPD accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians has been obtained.
