- Ensure you register for the meeting.
- Read our guidance for presenting your work as a poster at a hybrid conference.
If your abstract has been accepted as a presentation (including President's Round):
- Please advise abstracts@bgs.org.uk who the presenting author will be, whether they will present in person or online, identifying your presentation by the abstract number and title by 31 March 2025.
- Ensure the presenting author is registered for the meeting.
- Read our guidance for presenting at a hybrid conference.
