Today, the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee published a report on palliative care, which outlines recommendations for the Government’s Palliative and End of Life Care Modern Service Framework (MSF). The BGS is deeply concerned that the report does not reference the specific needs of older people, despite them accounting for most deaths each year.
