The BGS Secretariat is a small team which works to raise the profile of geriatric medicine among other health specialties and in the lay-world and to support our members by providing useful clinical and research resources. It organises numerous events each year to encourage and disseminate high quality research and to provide a constructive forum whereby members can exhibit their own research.

The Amulree Room is on the ground floor of Marjory Warren House and has disabled access and a full modern A/V suite, including remote access for those who may wish to participate via Teams. A buffet lunch can be provided where needed. The room is within easy walking distance of Farringdon Tube station.
