We are pleased to announce a new microlearning series: Healthcare in the Community. The first module, Dementia in the Community, is live now, with three more modules in development.
This course provides an introduction and overview of dementia, its management, and community care strategies.
It reviews dementia's impact and how to recognise its various types and symptoms. This includes some common assessment tools for dementia diagnosis. Promoting early detection and prevention through lifestyle choices and timely referrals are covered, as are implementing innovative care approaches and leveraging community resources for effective support.
By applying these insights, you can contribute to improved dementia care and patient outcomes. Find out more here.
