Caroline MacInnes

Caroline is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Barclays UK Chief Financial Officer, supporting the Finance Leadership Team in achieving the Company’s key strategy objectives. Caroline started off her career by training at PWC and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into the Banking sector.  She has over 15 years experience in Financial Services industry, at Societé Generale and UBS and finally Barclays. She has held a number of senior business leadership, financial, as well as risk management positions.  Caroline has extensive experience of developing, implementing and leading Enterprise risk management frameworks and associated controls and governance functions within a number of global organisations.
