Dr Katherine Chin

I am currently an F1 and Bristol graduate currently on the academic foundation programme. I initially joined the BGS as a medical student. What I enjoy most about being a BGS member is the home I found in a community of clinicians who are supportive and welcoming. After reaching out to members of the BGS, I understand from first-hand experience how having a person to speak to can have a hugely positive impact on your development as a clinician. In my role I aim to cultivate this experience for more people including students and trainees. It is a privilege to be able to work with colleagues on this committee to shape the future of geriatrics and inspire the next generation of doctors into a wonderful speciality.
