Dr Wakana Teranaka

I am a senior registrar in North Central East London deanery and have been in the committee since 2021. My first encounter with BGS was an a F2 doctor attending the Geriatrics 4 Juniors (G4J) event, where I found it to be an inspiring and very supportive society full of friendly members of the MDT. My vision for the London and South East region is for anyone working with older people to feel able to reach out to us for information and connection, and benefit from the rich network and guidance available – please get in touch!
