Frailty and Rehabilitation in Palliative Care Conference

This year, we will explore different models to support people living with frailty towards the end of life.

We will also focus on the benefits and challenges of rehabilitative approaches to Palliative care

We are looking forward to welcoming a range of speakers from throughout the UK who will update us on current research and how this applies to practice.

In addition to the plenary sessions there will be workshops, the chance to share your own work through poster or oral presentation and opportunities to network with colleagues. We look forward to seeing you in Edinburgh!
