The Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS)  would like to invite you to their PCCS 6th Annual Conference which will be taking online on 28th and 29th September 2023. The topic of discussion will be Prioritising Cardiovascular Healthcare in the NHS – Practical Implementation for Primary Care.

They will be joined by an outstanding speaker faculty who will be presenting on a multitude of topics such as CVD risk assessment, CVD prevention, lipid management, sex and the heart, CKD and CVD, Frailty and CVD and multidisciplinary care for people with heart failure.
