Who should attend?

The NHS Benchmarking Network annual conferences are open to healthcare professionals who either commission or provider NHS services and/ or are apart of associated supporting bodies. Please contact Emma Pruce (e.pruce1 [at] nhs.net) with regards to attendance.

Why attend?

We are delighted to welcome Martin Vernon, NCD for Older People & Integrated Person-Centred Care, who will be providing the Keynote to this year's conference. Members will hear the key findings from this year's Community Services benchmarking project, as well as presentations by members who will share good practice and innovation.  This project focuses on the pathway of frail older people through secondary care, from assessment in A&E, assessment units inpatient wards and supported discharge. The project also takes a deeper dive into the management of delayed transfers of care and reviews protocols, processes, local reporting and onward routes out of the hospital.
