BGS Trainees Council
The BGS Trainees Council is comprised of eighteen members who are trainee specialists in geriatrics. The Chair serves as Trustee on the BGS Board of Trustees and the other members serve on the Society's various operational committees, repesenting trainees' views and feeding back to their constituents. Each of the devolved nations has a representative on the Council. There is also a representative serving trainees who work less than full time and well as a Communications and PR representative who serves as the central contact for all communications to the trainees.
